It is the leading trade association in the sector recognised by the European Community, with 10,106 real estate agents, 500 creditors, 15,200 real estate agencies, and more than 45 thousand sector operators (including real estate agents, tourism agents, creditors, property developers, administrators and managers of real estate).

Confedilizia

Italian Confederation of Building Ownership - is a second-level association established in 1945 by all the territorial associations of homeowners, direct heir - the corporate order - of the Federation of Homeowners' Associations, established among organizations with first nuclei associative born in 1883. It also collaborates with Confedilizia, which has been the reference point for all property owners for over 130 years. We represent millions of Italian citizens: those who own the house they live in as well as the small owners and landlords up to large real estate investors.
